Back downstairs, you’ll find a refreshing bathroom and a choice between two bright, nautically themed bedrooms: a pretty double and a lovely twin. The cottage sits in a picturesque spot just outside the small village of Whitstone, perfectly placed for long rural walks or for a drive to the idyllic North Cornwall coast. The popular resort of Bude (8.5 miles) has some wonderful sandy beaches and a wide choice of great pubs, cafes, amusements, shops and restaurants. Heading southwest, visit Crackington Haven (12 miles), and Boscastle – home to The Museum of Witchcraft and Magic (16 miles). To the north, the secluded Hartland Heritage Coast (8 miles) offers wonderful walks with rugged landscapes and stunning seascapes.
