This is a beautiful cottage with outstanding views. Will definitely return again. So well thought out and very comfortable and welcoming to dogs. Cant really fault it, far better than anticipated. The stairs from ground floor to mid floor are very steep and could be tricky for anyone with mobility issues or small children. The access roads to the Read moreproperty are very narrow and thus you need to be a fairly skilled and confident driver but its worth it for the beautiful location. This cottage is beautiful and the views from the living room window are amazing. The house has lovely views. However there are lots of very steep stairs in the property and for very young children this could be dangerous. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. You need to be confident in driving down very steep and narrow lanes. It wasn't an issue for us. The parking is a bonus as its non-existent in Polruan.

Gorgeous cottage in a brilliant location, we didn't use the car all week as we were able to walk from cottage and use the ferry across to Fowey. Loved the view from the lounge, could sit all day watching what was going on. Access to a great shop and bakery in the village and pubs with good pub food. Best day was a seafari on a rib going out to sea Read morewhere we saw porpoises and seals. Hide

This fantastic property ticks all the boxes. Glorious sea and harbour views from house and garden. A minute's walk onto SW coast path in one direction, and town and ferry to Fowey in the other. Lovely enclosed garden for the dog. Plus a parking place!

It would be difficult to find a better house than this in the village! It is spacious, well decorated and in the heart of Polruan with amazing views of the River Fowey. The house is well equipped with everything we needed and more! Having parking behind the house was a massive boon. There were five in our group, including a toddler and the house waRead mores the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the area. We would stay here again if we were returning to Polruan. Hide
