Located in a leafy residential area between Polperro and Talland Bay, this high-end holiday home is designed for making memories. Park, grab your bags and enter through the hall into an open-plan lounge/diner with a wall of bi-folding doors leading directly to the garden. At one end, this room has a choice of comfortable seating and a Smart TV; at the other end the long dining table sets the scene for lively conversation as home-cooked feasts are served straight from the nearby kitchen, which also has space for less formal meals. The separate family room has a sofa and a Smart TV with a games console, plus a darts board, table football and board games for all-weather entertainment. When it’s time to sleep, four beautifully appointed bedrooms promise peaceful slumbers. Off the ground-floor hallway you’ll find two generously sized double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a further separate WC. Upstairs there’s a king-size and a twin bedroom, plus another family bathroom. Your living space extends seamlessly outdoors, where the large enclosed garden has a vast lawn plus a raised deck for al fresco dining and a showstopping heated swimming pool (available May–September) – perfect for a refreshing dip or full-body work-out at any time of day.

Driveway parking means you can enjoy some of Cornwall’s breathtaking coastline at your leisure: Polperro – where there’s a small sandy beach plus a choice of shops and cosy pubs – is less than 1 mile away, and a similar distance in the opposite direction, Talland Beach is set in a beautiful bay where you can enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding or a cream tea. Enjoy trips to Looe (4 miles) and Fowey (9 miles) for more eateries and retail therapy, or work up an appetite with walks along the South West Coast Path or on Bodmin Moor, 22 miles to the north.
