On the other side is a farmhouse-style kitchen/diner with a central wooden dining table and a fitted wooden and granite, ‘L’-shaped kitchen unit. Descend the stairs to reach a games room with a snooker table plus a snug. There is also a family bathroom, a shower room and three bedrooms – two doubles and an en-suite super-king-size room. Outside is a spacious, lawned garden with furniture on the patio areas. There is private parking for three cars.
