Sleeping 10 guests, the five-bedroom holiday home is situated in Mitchell, 7 miles from vibrant Newquay. With a lawned garden for spring and summer relaxation and a wood burner for autumn and winter nights, it makes an excellent year-round choice for extended families or groups of friends. Head out on country walks and return to the 16th-century village inn for a delicious meal or pint of Cornish ale. Venture up to Newquay to browse in shops, dine out in a choice of restaurants, or spend time on one of the town’s beautiful beaches that are known for their swimming and surfing. Perranporth, 8 miles away, with its magnificent, golden sandy beach, also makes a great day out. Visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan, 15 miles away, with its exquisite plants and fun family play areas.

Climb a few steps up to open the front door and enter via the hall. Head on through to the lounge and fire up the wood burner during the chiller months or push the glass doors open to the patio on fine summer days. Spend quality time in the lounge, playing lively games, or gathering for movie nights in front of the Smart TV. The chic kitchen, which provides ample storage and preparation space, is quite simply a chef’s dream. Rustle up Sunday lunches on the range-style cooker then set the table for 10 through to the dining room.
