A special hideaway tucked away in scenic Trevone, this delightful cottage makes an idyllic base for small families. Sleeping five guests, including two children, it offers three bedrooms, one of which is located in a detached garden room. The village also boasts a farm shop, a pub, and a sandy beach which is 0.5 miles away at picturesque Trevone Bay. Many other beautiful beaches are also within easy reach for those who enjoy swimming, surfing and basking on the sand. Try Harlyn Bay, 1.5 miles away, or Treyarnon, 3 miles away. The vibrant town of Padstow, with its galleries, boutiques and renowned restaurants, is 2 miles from the cottage. From here, you can take the ferry over to Rock on the other side of the Camel Estuary. You can also hire bikes and pick up the scenic Camel Trail, a largely traffic-free, 18-mile route that runs to Wendfordbridge via Wadebridge and Bodmin.

Let yourselves into the cottage via the covered porch and find yourselves in the welcoming, beamed lounge/dining room. Open the French doors on a warm day to bring in a sea breeze and allow everyone to spill out into the sunshine of the garden. Watch your favourite programmes in the evenings, around the wood burner, read a book or chat together. Enjoy your meals in this room or through in the friendly kitchen/breakfast room. This space has been well equipped with everything you are likely to need to cater for yourselves on those occasions you choose not to dine out. On the ground floor a separate bedroom, suitable for an individual family member seeking some privacy, can be found in the very modern garden room, with underfloor heating with a single bed and a TV, adjoining the main room is a chic wet room. The other two bedrooms can be found on the first floor of the cottage. This arrangement is ideal for family members. There is a bunk room, with beds suitable for children only, and opens up to a double bedroom that in turn leads to the family bathroom.

The enclosed garden to the front of the cottage is perfect for outside dining and relaxation. Linger out here under the stars over a bottle of wine. This holiday home offers private parking for one car.
