A charming cottage in the heart of East Looe, this lovely escape is an ideal base for couples or small families looking for a seaside holiday. Stroll to the beach, explore the shops and choose from a variety of pubs, cafes and restaurants in town, or venture further afield and discover the many attractions of mid-Cornwall within easy reach.
This quaint cottage in the middle of a picturesque terrace is set over three storeys. On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable lounge/diner, with a tiled floor, soft seating and a Smart TV. The kitchen boasts a cooker, a fridge/freezer and a microwave, ready to prepare hearty holiday breakfasts and delicious suppers. Take the stairs to the first floor, where there’s a pretty double bedroom (please note that there is very limited space on one side of the bed), with an ornamental fireplace and a built-in wardrobe. The family shower room is also on this level and, if you take another set of stairs, you’ll reach the top-floor bunk bedroom. In the narrow street outside, you’re able to pull up a car to unload, and parking is in a public car park within 500 metres.
In the heart of the oldest part of East Looe, the apartment is less than 150 metres from sheltered East Looe Beach, popular for its golden sands, rock pools and gentle waves. From here, you can stroll along the coastal path towards peaceful Plaidy Beach (0.5 miles) or Polperro (5.5 miles). Head out to Polruan, 10 miles away, and catch a ferry to Fowey, where there are tempting boutiques, art galleries and restaurants. Elsewhere, the Wild Future Monkey Sanctuary is 4.5 miles away, Adrenalin Quarry is 7 miles away, and the world-famous Eden Project is 22 miles away.
