We had a fabulously relaxing stay in the very comfortable and thoughtfully decorated accommodation. Washing machine worked so well we didnt have any to take home as it dried on the airer as we went along. Views are amazing. Location superb. And nicely private, not overlooked and easy walking distance to beach, village and St Michaels Mount.

This is an honest review. Improvements/Value for Money considerations. 1. We didn't have access to a functioning washing machine, and while the owner did say it would be resolved - this unfortunately didn't happen. We think it is difficult to keep the washing machine (located externally) operational since given the properties location near the Read morecoast. We did think there were telling signs given the hole in one corner of the plastic shed (which housed the machine) to run a cable through, possibly this problem has happened before. 2. Bathroom: Bath and Sink does not drain acceptably at all. The pipes do to be looked at else you are having a shower in backed up water. Compliments The location is really good, and we can tell that when everything is working, guests can have a really good time. We hope you can resolve these simple things as we can tell a lot of effort has been put into it in the past. Hide

Wonderful location, stone's throw from a beautiful beach. Very much enjoyed looking out on St Michael's Mount which was one of the main reasons we booked the property. Nasty water damage to a corner of the bathroom wood flooring which detracted from the look of the property but otherwise nicely furnished and comfortable.

Had a lovely week away enjoyed the cream tea and milk the owner had left for us. Also many thanks to Phil who very kindly helped us with the flat tyre we had after we arrived at the property.

A lovely apartment in an ideal location. A short stroll to the town and the beach. The outdoor space to sit and watch the sun set and the parking space are real bonuses. Thank you, Phil, for a lovely stay!
