Lakeside views towards the tranquil countryside make this high-quality Cornish lodge a special place to relax and unwind. With six en-suite bedrooms, it’s ideal for large groups of families or friends, and boasts a private hot tub, a games room and a shared swimming pool, plus further superb on-site leisure facilities.

Enter the property on the first floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms – a super-king-size with an en-suite spa bathroom and a twin room with an en-suite shower. On this level, there’s also a games room with a multi-use games table. When you’ve used up all your energy, the room’s soft seating and Smart TV will provide respite, or you could simply sit and admire the calming view from the balcony. On the ground floor, the huge, open-plan living space is the perfect gathering place for groups of all ages, boasting sofas, a Smart TV and a long dining table. The kitchen at the far end has been thoughtfully equipped to ensure the chef of the holiday will have everything they need. The remaining four bedrooms, all en-suite, are on the second floor, two of them super-king-size and with lake views from their balconies. The other two are twins. As for outside space, step through the doors in the lounge to set up a meal on the patio or soak in the hot tub. There’s private parking for three cars.

A stay at this excellent getaway includes the use of a shared, indoor swimming pool and gym, as well as access to FlowRider, Wake Park, Water Zorbs and SUPs. For days out, explore the incredible beaches of the famous ‘Seven Bays for Seven Days’, all within 9 miles, or head into Padstow, 7 miles, for places to eat galore and intriguing shops, and to hire bikes for a roam along the Camel Trail.

Great location for reaching many parts of Cornwall coastline. The space is great and all rooms with ensuite is great.

The house was perfect for the people who stayed. The option of twin or double rooms was invaluable. It is situated in a quiet part of the site with lovely views from the top two floors and ample parking. It is near many beautiful beaches only a short car ride away. I would definitely recommend this house but be aware that cleanliness was not a prioRead morerity. Hide

Great for large gatherings, having 6 en-suite bedrooms meant that everyone could get ready in their own time. The Xmas tree was a nice addition.

The house is perfect for large groups. Kitchen is well equipped, besides tge built-in fridge there is a large fridge freezer in tge utility room. Great house but everywhere we wanted to go was a taxi ride. Loved the house

A well equipped, large property in a great location. Having six bedrooms each with their own bathroom is very rare and a big advantage. The on-site swimming pool, gym and club house is great. Having said this we were there outside the main season so wasnt busy. If I was to visit this area Id have no problem is booking again

Great house in a great location. It suited 6 women of varying ages well. Comfortable beds and good showers. We enjoyed a meal in the on-site restaurant one evening. Would stay again in the future.

Very disappointed generally as such an expensive rental. Never sent an inventory to know what to expect. When we arrived found property had no normal kitchen products. Wed organised a food delivery as it was self catering, but never expected to have to provide kitchen basics - paper towels, cling film, dishwasher tablets etc. In fact if you can thiRead morenk of anything youd turn to at home it would not be there. Easier to list what was there. 3 dishwasher tablets, but no rinse aid which hadnt been topped up so dishwasher didnt work properly after first couple of days. One tea towel, but no kitchen towel, one Jay cloth. Dish soap (but no surface cleaner). Enough table salt for a single portion of chips, 8-10 sachets of milk (some out of date) a few tea bags and very small jar of coffee. Reporting to the caretaker was hopeless. Some beds were saggy and uncomfortable, quilts too high a tog for the very hot weather. Alternatives requested but not available. No outdoor towels for hot tub, which was cold on arrival day and couldnt be used until day 2. - Felt unloved and uncared for. Hide

Beautiful property, great location. The house is huge and great for families. Beds were very comfortable and the pressure from the shower in my bathroom was brilliant. Its the small things as Im getting older. Would definitely return.
