Located in scenic North Cornwall, this superbly presented lodge is perfect for families and small groups looking to spend quality time in rural comfort. A short drive from this alluring holiday home is the thriving surfing mecca of Newquay (9 miles), with its numerous award-winning sandy beaches and foodie hotspots with venues to suit all budgets and tastes. Padstow is also close by being only 7.5 miles away with a wonderful selection of eateries and independent shops to explore. This is a great spot for a bracing walk or cycling adventure along the South West Coast Path, too. Family days out are easy to come by with Camel Creek Adventure Park, Newquay Zoo and Retallack Water Sports all within 9.5 miles of the property, while animal enthusiasts will adore watching the captivating falconry displays at the next-door Cornish Birds of Prey.

Step into this single-storey lodge and find yourself in a hallway which leads off into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This sociable space is the hub of the house, with its cosy and inviting atmosphere and snuggly furnishings. Gather together and enjoy a film on the Smart TV before preparing dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes all the amenities needed to ensure a stress-free stay. At mealtimes, toast to your holiday while sitting around the dining table, which boasts scenic views and French doors that lead onto the decking. Bedtimes are serene with the choice of three comfortable bedrooms; two king-size rooms, one with an en-suite shower room and WC, and one charming twin bedroom.
