This cottage puts you within easy reach of some of Cornwall’s amazing beaches, including Perran Sands, Holywell Bay, Porthtowan Bay and Polly Joke, all within 8.5 miles. Spend a day out at Newquay (8 miles), known as the surfing capital of Britain, or head down to Truro (9.5 miles) for some retail therapy.
On entering this remarkable cottage, you will find the handy utility room, perfect for those muddy boots and coats. Heading into the open-plan lounge/diner, you will notice a spacious yet cosy room with characterful vaulted ceilings, a wood burner and wood-clad walls. Unwind in front of the Smart TV and enjoy a film together or get stuck into a novel whilst reclining on the comfy sofas. Continuing through this room will bring you to the dining table which is ideal for guests to tuck into a meal or a takeaway. The country-style kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for you to prepare a hearty breakfast to start the day. In the hallway you will discover four delightfully decorated bedrooms, including two king size rooms and two with twin beds. Two of the rooms have full length glass doors opening on to decking and a view of the back garden. The twin bed room at the end of the hall has a mezzanine level with twin beds accessed up some steep stairs.
