This inviting holiday cottage is a brilliant choice for groups and families wanting to explore the stunning Cornish coast by day and return to a well-equipped abode complete with a games room for fun evenings. Perranporth is a popular seaside resort and it’s easy to see why. Renowned for its golden beach and surfing activity, Perranporth Beach is a family-friendly location for picnicking, rock pooling and dog-walking. The beautiful beach town is also great for shopping and dining, with many opportunities to sample cream teas and fish and chips. This cottage puts you within easy reach of some of Cornwall’s amazing beaches, including Perran Sands, Holywell Bay, Porthtowan Bay and Polly Joke, all within 8.5 miles. Spend a day out at Newquay (8 miles), known as the surfing capital of Britain, or head down to Truro (9.5 miles) for some retail therapy.

On entering this remarkable cottage, you will find the handy utility room, perfect for those muddy boots and coats. Heading into the open-plan lounge/diner, you will notice a spacious yet cosy room with characterful vaulted ceilings, a wood burner and wood-clad walls. Unwind in front of the Smart TV and enjoy a film together or get stuck into a novel whilst reclining on the comfy sofas. Continuing through this room will bring you to the dining table which is ideal for guests to tuck into a meal or a takeaway. The country-style kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for you to prepare a hearty breakfast to start the day. In the hallway you will discover four delightfully decorated bedrooms, including two king size rooms and two with twin beds. Two of the rooms have full length glass doors opening on to decking and a view of the back garden. The twin bed room at the end of the hall has a mezzanine level with twin beds accessed up some steep stairs. Below is a room with shower with toilet, and there are facilities for making tea and toast etc, a multi-games table, seating and smart TV. This room has a glass door onto a semi-private gravel garden and seating area and would be ideal for children or young adults. Back in the hall is the main bathroom with bath shower toilet at cetera.  Up the steep staircase sits another twin bedroom ideal for children or young adults.

Externally, there is a pool house with a full-size swim spa and shower room. The enclosed garden is perfect for early morning coffees in the sunshine. The rear of the property is also enclosed with private decking and a BBQ for al fresco dining. This property benefits from private parking for three cars.
