Set on a 72-acre luxury resort under a mile drive or 15 minute walk through a beautiful garden to fabulous St Ives, this impressive property is the ideal escape for couples, friends or families. Wander into town and indulge in some retail therapy among the array of independent shops, or explore the art galleries, including Tate St Ives and the tranquil Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden. Eat fish and chips on the harbourfront and try some of the many restaurants serving seafood and more. Heading out of town, the unique St Michael’s Mount is just 8 miles away, fascinating Geevor Tin Mine is 12.5 miles, while Land’s End, England’s most westerly point, is 18 miles.

With an appealingly bright and contemporary style, this three-storey holiday escape has a spacious and elegant feel, making it the perfect place to relax in after a day on the beach or visiting Cornwall’s favourite sights. Through the hallway, you’ll find an open-plan living space with a wooden floor and pale walls. This sleek space has comfortable seating and a Smart TV for streaming your favourite movies and shows, and a dining table where there’s room to linger over meals. At the far end, the kitchen area boasts all mod cons, including a dishwasher and that all-important Tassimo coffee machine. Relish a sense of complete relaxation as you sip your drink and chat to the chef while sitting at the breakfast bar. Head upstairs and on the first floor you’ll find two of the three bedrooms: a double with glazed doors leading to a lovely balcony overlooking the mature gardens, and a twin with a large window and ample storage. They share a shower room with a rainfall shower and a smart mirror over the basin. The master bedroom is on the second floor, an incredible king-size with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room.

Stepping out of the glazed doors in the lounge area, you can sit out on your picnic table overlooking the shared gardens, sipping a drink or enjoying a meal in the St Ives sunshine. You’ll have parking for two cars in a shared car park, which is directly opposite the property, up some steps about 15 metres from the property.
