Enter the property into the spacious hallway and head straight upstairs to the inviting lounge, where an array of comfortable seating is set around a Smart TV. This is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a movie night after a day of adventure. Also on this floor are the property’s four elegant bedrooms, all of which have been beautifully decorated in calming tones and boast relaxing rural views. The super-king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, along with a fabulous, glass-fronted balcony. A chic family bathroom completes this level. Back downstairs, you’ll find a stylish kitchen/diner, where you can prepare tasty meals for the group and congregate at the large dining table for dinner parties and special occasions. There’s also a breakfast bar for perching with a glass of wine or a morning coffee. Completing the ground floor is a handy office, should you need to do a little bit of work during your stay, and a utility room. Outside, soak up the Cornish sunshine on the decked balcony, where you’ll find a range of outdoor seating and a fire pit to snuggle around in the evenings. Steps lead down to the enclosed garden which is laid to lawn and has an outdoor gym area and a pretty stream (please supervise children near the water). Private parking is available for up to three cars.

Wander amongst its charming, cobbled streets and explore the cute shops and eateries, or stride out along the South West Coast Path for an exhilarating hike with breathtaking views. For a day at the beach, head to Polzeath, 7 miles away. This gorgeous, sandy beach is perfect for bathing and surfing, and also has numerous rock pools for little ones to investigate. If you fancy exploring on two wheels, you can pick up the traffic-free Camel Trail in Wadebridge and follow it to the coast or inland to Bodmin.
