Bring together your nearest and dearest for a holiday to remember in this super stylish abode in the heart of Cornwall. Sleeping eight guests, it’s the perfect base for families and friends looking to explore all that North Cornwall has to offer, from its stunning beaches such as Polzeath and Rock (both 7 miles), to the picture-postcard fishing villages like Port Isaac (8 miles). In the evenings, gather around the fire pit on the balcony to toast marshmallows and reminisce about your day.

The sophisticated holiday home has a contemporary feel, with sleek furniture, a monochrome colour scheme, and stylish fixtures and fittings. Enter the property into the spacious hallway and head straight upstairs to the inviting lounge, where an array of comfortable seating is set around a Smart TV. This is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a movie night after a day of adventure. Also on this floor are the property’s four elegant bedrooms, all of which have been beautifully decorated in calming tones and boast relaxing rural views. The super-king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, along with a fabulous, glass-fronted balcony. A chic family bathroom completes this level. Back downstairs, you’ll find a stylish kitchen/diner, where you can prepare tasty meals for the group and congregate at the large dining table for dinner parties and special occasions. There’s also a breakfast bar for perching with a glass of wine or a morning coffee. Completing the ground floor is a handy office, should you need to do a little bit of work during your stay, and a utility room. Outside, soak up the Cornish sunshine on the decked balcony, where you’ll find a range of outdoor seating and a fire pit to snuggle around in the evenings. Steps lead down to the enclosed garden which is laid to lawn and has an outdoor gym area and a pretty stream (please supervise children near the water). Private parking is available for up to three cars.

The picturesque harbour town of Padstow is 9.5 miles away. Wander amongst its charming, cobbled streets and explore the cute shops and eateries, or stride out along the South West Coast Path for an exhilarating hike with breathtaking views. For a day at the beach, head to Polzeath, 7 miles away. This gorgeous, sandy beach is perfect for bathing and surfing, and also has numerous rock pools for little ones to investigate. If you fancy exploring on two wheels, you can pick up the traffic-free Camel Trail in Wadebridge and follow it to the coast or inland to Bodmin.

Linden Lea is a fantastic house and we would highly recommend it for a holiday. We were a group of 8 adults and 1 dog and the house was big enough to accommodate us comfortably, giving everyone their own space as well as lots of space to socialise. Everything is finished to a high standard, and the whole property has a luxurious holiday feel. The lRead moreiving room and kitchen-diner in particular are both a really generous size, with lots of seating so everyone can socialise and eat together. The kitchen was very well-equipped - we could cook full meals for 8 in it easily. The garden is absolutely beautiful - lovely mature trees and planting, very secluded, and a great size for our dog to run around in. The location is excellent - the street itself is quiet, but it's easy to walk into Wadebridge, and it's a good base to drive into Padstow, Tintagel, the Eden Project etc as well. We would definitely stay here again. Hide

Linden Lea is a well equipped, large family house in the lovely town of Wadebridge. The master bedroom has a good sized en-suite with twin sinks, a dressing room and a balcony. Unfortunately the weather wasnt nice enough for us to enjoy the large garden and decked area. We can imagine the outdoor space would be perfect on a warm summers day. The hoRead moreuse suited the six of us and our 3 dogs perfectly and was just a short walk into town and a short drive to local beaches. Having a downstairs cloak room and large utility room was an added bonus. Just be careful with the flood defence lip on the drive if you have a low car. Hide
