This stylish bungalow is in the charming village of Praa Sands on Cornwall’s south coast. The property welcomes six guests and is perfect for families and groups of friends seeking a traditional beach holiday. You’ll be less than 1 mile from a long, sandy beach and within 10 miles of Cornish hotspots such as Penzance, Marazion, and Porthleven. In the evenings, unwind on the terrace or in the bubbling hot tub.

Step inside the single-storey holiday retreat and leave sandy shoes in the hallway before heading through to the stylish kitchen to prepare a feast for the group using delicious produce from your travels. From here, move onto the elegant lounge/diner where you’ll find a large dining table for sharing mealtimes together and comfortable sofas for relaxation. In winter months, fire up the wood burner and enjoy a cosy movie night around the Smart TV. The property has three welcoming bedrooms, all furnished with a zip and link bed which can be either a super king-size double or twin beds.  The third bedroom also features a sofa bed which can be made up on request. A family bathroom rounds off this coastal hideaway. Outside, the enclosed garden features a raised, decked terrace with furniture, a hot tub, and distant sea views. The bungalow is surrounded by a large lawn and there is private parking available for three cars.

Praa Sands is a vast beach with white sand and turquoise waters, sheltered by huge cliffs and backed by sand dunes. The beach is popular with families and is also a great spot for surfing. After a day on the sand, refuel in the cafe or beachside pub, or grab fish and chips in the village. The South West Coast Path passes through Praa Sands, offering fabulous walking opportunities. You’ll also be within 5 miles of the network of wild and remote footpaths on the spectacular Lizard Peninsula. Day trips from the cottage include St Michael’s Mount (4.5 miles) and the picture-postcard fishing village of Mousehole (12.5 miles).

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage! The location was perfectpeaceful and not too busy, making it an ideal getaway. Our dogs had an amazing time, enjoying the spacious garden, which was a real highlight. The hot tub was incredible, adding a special touch of relaxation to our stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the cottage had aRead morell the appliances we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to take work calls and meetings without any issues. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. The host was wonderful, even taking the time to call and check if we enjoyed our staya rare and much-appreciated gesture! We loved every second of our stay and were genuinely sad to leave. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat. Can't wait to return! Hide

Two Ways... You've stolen our hearts We've visited Cornwall many times in summer but never in the winter months and over new year but we'd do it all over again in a flash here. We visited with out 3 children 12, 9 and 3 and the pooch. You can imagine the levels of entertainment needed for then but Vicky and Chris have thought of EVERYTHING fromRead more board games to game consoles to the hot tub, to black-out curtains when the parents need an extra hour in bed after making the most of the wine the night before and don't even get me started on how well stocked the kitchen is, it has everything. Waking up to the views of the bay was magnificent. The bay is around a 20 minute walk but there is ample parking if you want to drive. I'd recommend the Welloe for eating out, it's child and dog friendly but we'd visit childness too. It's relaxing, great food and the views are stunning. We can't wait to be back guys. Hide

My husband and I were lucky enough to be the first people to stay at Two Ways, and even more luckily it was over Christmas. The accommodation is brilliant, three big bedrooms with giant comfy beds, a modern bathroom and kitchen and a comfortable living/dining room. The hot tub, deck and sea views make it even more special! The kitchen is extremely Read morewell equipped, I was able to cook Christmas dinner easily, although if you are a keen cook remember to take things like oil and spices. It is a quick 20 minute walk down to Praa Sands beach, either along the road or through the caravan park. The beach is beautiful with two bars/restaurants right on the sea front and a cafe a little way up the hill. We ate at The Welloe twice, the food, service and views were outstanding. I would recommend booking a table as it gets extremely busy, even in the winter. There is loads to see and do within a few miles drive as well (and there is also a bus stop very close by), we enjoyed mooching around the shops in Penzance. We will definitely be back! Hide
