On entering the property at first-floor level, you’ll be greeted by two gorgeous bedrooms, both benefiting from en-suite facilities. Also on this floor is a sociable games room for spending a fun evening with family and friends. Unwind here, watching the Smart TV, playing pool, or enjoying a game of table football. Aspiring climbers can test their skills on the scramble wall. This room opens onto a balcony with spectacular countryside views. Heading down to the ground floor, discover an impressive, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner overlooking the lake. This is the heart of the home, with a sleek kitchen for whipping up hearty feasts and a large dining table to seat everyone. After dinner, gather in the comfortable lounge area to watch a movie on the Smart TV. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the second floor and all boast their own en-suite facilities. Two of the bedrooms also have a balcony with lake views. Outside, bask in the Cornish sunshine in the enclosed, decked garden where you’ll find furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining. There’s also a table tennis table for your entertainment and a fabulous hot tub.
