Designed with family getaways in mind, this converted hayloft sleeps up to seven guests in rural Cornwall. Pet friendly and welcoming throughout the year, the property combines spacious outdoor living with cosy indoor comforts, featuring a sprawling patio and garden for sunny days, along with a wood burner for relaxing evenings when the temperature drops. Ideally located for exploring North Cornwall's spectacular coastline, you'll be within easy reach of picturesque clifftop villages, pristine sandy coves and world-class surfing beaches.

Combining characterful original features with contemporary comforts, this reverse-level holiday home is full of charm. Curved double doors, exposed brickwork and fairy light-clad beams create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. On the ground floor, you'll find two of the property's three beautifully presented bedrooms, each benefiting from its own en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the third bedroom sits alongside the spacious open-plan living area, where the lounge, kitchen and dining space are flooded with natural light from large windows framing the surrounding countryside. A cosy Scandi-style wood burner provides the perfect focal point for cooler evenings. Patio doors from both the living area and one of the ground-floor bedrooms open onto the enclosed, elevated garden, where generous seating areas and a lawn provide plenty of space for both relaxation and play. Private parking for three cars is also available.

The North Cornwall coast is just 4 miles away, with the popular village of Widemouth Bay offering a beautiful sandy beach ideal for surfing, paddling, beach games and sunbathing. Younger guests will love the nearby Monster Slip and Slide attraction during the summer months, while film lovers can enjoy a visit to the independent cinema at Treskinnick Cross, just 3 miles away. For an even wider choice of shops, restaurants and attractions, head to the vibrant seaside town of Bude, just 5 miles from the property.
