The property is a stunning semi detached lodge-style space set out over three-storeys and hosting eight guests. It''s also dog-friendly with walking opportunities on offer in every direction, including the mighty South West Coast Path that''s around 7 miles away.

Stylish and modern throughout, this holiday home is spacious and appealing in every room. Enjoy some quality time together in the lounge/diner, a space with French doors leading out into an enclosed patio garden with private hot tub and charcoal BBQ for those inside-outside summer evenings. When it''s cooler, get curled up on the L-shaped sofa with the TV on. Pass the kitchen and the downstairs WC on your way on up to all four bedrooms. Set out over the two upper stories, each bedroom is furnished with a zip-and-link bed to allow for configuration as a twin or super-king size for exceptional versatility.

Having made use of all of the facilities on site please note, these facilities are at an additional cost and are open only subject to weather conditions, you can head out and explore Cornwall further afield with some enjoyable day trips. The accommodation is within driving distance of Padstow (7.5 miles) and Newquay (9 miles), with all the incredible beaches and coves that line the coastal path between them yours to visit. Newquay is particularly popular with visiting families, complete with some surf haven beaches, a zoo and a selection of seafront attractions including amusements and mouth-watering chippies.

This property has been well maintained and the kitchen is very well equipped. During our first the evening we found there were no plastic cups for the hot tub or plastic plates or bowls for the younger child. Easy to access, pleasant surrounding and a lovely hot tub, adequate dining seating for 8 with books and games available, we enjoyed both scrabble and monopoly sore looser. Great for family down time after a busy day exploring.

Lovely cottage, for all of the family. Went to father's day breakfast at the on site restaurant, we all enjoyed it. Used the swimming pool, lovely resort. Went out to Wadebridge, Newquay, it is not far to go from the resort.

Let's just say, for the price I would not recommend it at all. Would I stay there again definitely not. The place is in need of some serious TLC especially the patio area very dirty and dangerous if walking around bear feet. My suggestion look for something better.

We were told suitable for a limited mobility person but there were 13 stairs down to the lounge. I was told access to side of property could be used instead, but this was a grassy , wet ,muddy slope. Beds comfortable though.
