Savour a stay at this stylish, first-floor apartment in the vibrant Cornish town of Looe. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom bolthole is situated close to the river and harbour, within easy reach of shops, cafes and restaurants. It is a 0.5-mile walk from the sandy beach and renowned Banjo Pier and well positioned for the South West Coast Path. The apartment makes a great base for a small family or couples eager to explore this corner of south-east Cornwall.

Enter the modern building and follow the stairs up to your private quarters on the first floor. Open the front door, then kick off your sandals or unlace your walking boots in the hall, before wandering on into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This delightful space has been finished in muted tones and presents a subtle, coastal theme. French doors can be opened up to a Juliet balcony on fine days to bring in a gentle sea breeze. From here you can also look out over the rooftops of Looe. Relax on the soft seating in the lounge area too, perhaps in front of your favourite boxset on the Smart TV. Warm your freshly baked Cornish pasties in the chic kitchen area or prepare a full Sunday roast. Perch up at the breakfast bar for a snack or sit down at the table for a celebratory dinner. As each day of your exciting break draws to a close, head through to one of the immaculate bedrooms. These include a lovely king-size and twin. There is also a family bathroom at the apartment. There is no outside space with this holiday home but the Mill Pool and riverside path are within 150 metres.

Superb location for both East & West Looe - everything within 5-10 mins walk. Having private parking on site was a real bonus given the distance from the main car park to the beach. Apartment was really well appointed - everything you need for a self-catering holiday, as well as plenty of local eateries. Massive TV - like being at the cinema!

The property is located in a great place and walkable to all amenities, parking was a great bonus.

Very comfortable, had everything you would need, did have to do a station search and set on the TV but only took 5 minutes. Just a pleasant 5 minute walk to the town centre with some good coffee shops, pubs that serve food and a good selection independent shops. Do seek out the beach, a lovely place to sit and while away an hour or so. Bonus was frRead moreee parking in own parking space behind locked gates. Hide

The property was very clean and well presented. The location was perfect for us, and having private parking, especially in Looe was a bonus.

A very comfortable and modern property with all the home comforts you would expect. Location was very good with a short walk into Looe town centre. Would definitely consider this property in the future.

Beautiful place, superb location. Quality of everything in the apartment was of a high standard. Lots of nice touches throughout and pleasantly surprised to see, tea, coffee, sugar and milk ready and waiting for us. Could not fault anything.
