Take your family, friends and even your delighted dog with you to this modern cottage in beautiful, coastal Cornwall. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom hideaway is situated in the village of Marhamchurch, 2 miles from Bude. With a garden for children and pets to play in, and where you can bask in the Cornish sunshine, the comfortable cottage is 3 miles from the beaches at Summerleaze and Widemouth Bay.

Make your way into this 21st-century holiday home to find tasteful, comfortable accommodation offering a warm welcome. Make your way into the immaculate kitchen/diner to unpack the fresh produce you have sourced and warm up the Cornish pasties from a local bakery. Dine in here together or have lunch out in the fresh air of your private garden. Discover this room is also well fitted out with everything you might require when whipping up larger meals for your party. While away your evenings together in the lounge, where there is a Smart TV for your enjoyment. A handy WC is also downstairs. As the sun goes down on each fabulous day away, climb the stairs to either the king-size bedroom, which has an en-suite shower room, or the twin. There is also a family bathroom here. Throw open the French doors in the lounge on fine days and amble out into the garden, which has an artificial lawn, ensuring puppy paws don’t get muddy even on wet days. Light the BBQ out here on summer evenings and dine under the stars.

Explore both Devon and Cornwall from your Marhamchurch base. Pull on your walking boots and attempt the 4-mile section of the South West Coast Path between Widemouth Bay and Bude. Plan a day out to the castle at Tintagel, 18 miles away, that features in the legends of King Arthur.

A very clean and comfortable cottage in a quiet location. Although there is a bus service, in our opinion a car is needed. Overall we would highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful cottage, could do with wardrobe as other bedroom where chest of drawers is in main bedroom, with arthritis such a pain trying to slide across bottom of bed to hang clothes. Don't like seeing clothes out it looks scruffy, not a nice look.
