The cottage is really maintained to a high standard and although the approach is by a narrow lane and the WiFi is intermittent, it's nothing we weren't aware of before booking and should not put people off.

Stayed here for a few days mid February and we are so glad we did, what an amazing cottage. Super clean, well equipped and extremely spacious with a modern feel. The cottage was warm and we had some complimentary local Cornish tea coffee and biscuits. The location is great for venturing out for many different places to visit and explore or if you jRead moreust wanted some quiet time then this is perfect. The cottage is on a farm with some animals which are no bother at all and just add to the charm of the cottage. On arrival we were greeted by the owner and also had spoken to her father both are very welcoming and super friendly, they are there if you need anything and at the same time they give you complete privacy to enjoy your stay. I can't fault our stay apart from the lack of WI-FI but you can watch DVD'S provided and books or take your own, it's good to unplug from the world now and again. I will be booking another holiday here for sure and strongly recommend it to others. Hide

Probably one of the best cottages weve stopped in over years .The drive off main road long and a little tricky but very quiet and worth it .

Very nice cottage. Very clean and comfortable in a fairly good location. It was down a narrow Cornish track as described. Wi-Fi strength was poor so any apps on the smart TV ie Netflix, I Player were unavailable. We had quite a bit of rain otherwise it wouldnt have bothered us. The owners were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Very smart, well appointed and clean property, Great location as long as you are looking for somewhere very quiet. Great walks over Bodmin moor, straight from the property (if youre fit enough). And the north Cornwall coastal path is only a 15 min drive way.

A modern, and well equipped cottage, benefiting from loads of light. Location very rural with a very narrow road leading to it. It is ideally placed to explore so many wonderful local Cornish attractions, coastline and countryside.

We received a warm welcome from Jimmy who showed us to the accomodation. The accomodation has been really well put together and has everything one would need. The private rear patio with table and comfortable seating was great for relaxing with a drink once the days activities are over.
