With its stylish interior and tranquil views, this charming two-bedroom house makes a superb base for families and friends within 0.5 miles of the picturesque fishing harbour and town of Looe. Bursting with Cornish charm, the seaside town of Looe has a sandy beach fringed by rock pools, a long harbour that’s great for crabbing and people-watching, and lots of narrow lanes with shops, restaurants and cafes to explore. There’s an abundance of fresh fish to eat, in gourmet restaurants and fish and chip shops – or you can buy fresh and cook at home. Perfect for active holidaymakers, there are walking routes all around, including the South West Coast Path, while nature lovers can catch a boat to Looe Island for rare wildlife and plants, including a grey seal colony. Alternatively, visit the quaint seaside village of Polperro (5 miles) or the ancient fishing port and medieval town of Fowey (13 miles).

Step inside this reverse-living house and into a large open hallway with stylish tiles and plenty of space for shoes. The two bedrooms are on this level, a large double room with a bay window allowing natural light to pour in as well as a cosy twin bedroom and large stylish double shower room boasting twin basins and modern decor. Upstairs, is a beautiful light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with cosy sofas to snuggle up on in front of the Smart TV plus a dining area perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all you need to pack up a good lunch or whip up some breakfast whilst admiring the river views.
