A wonderful holiday home on the quieter side of Looe in an elevated position, enjoying views down to the harbour and the sea. Perfect for an active family holiday by the coast, the property lies 1 mile from East Looe Beach and features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, versatile bedrooms and a spacious decked area and an allocated parking space (rare for Looe).

Its large, naturally lit rooms are blessed with plenty of space, which has been filled with comfortable and neatly arranged soft furnishings across hard and carpeted flooring. After entering through a bright hallway, guests turn left into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, an area replete with inviting sofas, a Smart TV, a wood burner and sea views from the large windows at its front end. There are three light and airy bedrooms on the first floor, each with an individual character and plenty of storage space. The double room boasts sea and harbour views, the neighbouring twin bedroom is as comfortable as they come, and the bunk bedroom is the perfect bolthole for youngsters. A large family bathroom is only a few steps across the landing. Outside, a decked area at the front of the property features seating areas and a BBQ. Private parking for one car is available in the small car park opposite the property.

Looe is a charming fishing town, with a wealth of attractions across its characterful town centre that beautifully complement its expansive sandy beach (1 mile) and harbour, which offers boat trips to nearby islands. The South West Coast Path, a must for avid walkers, runs through Looe and takes guests out to quaint villages including Polperro (4 miles) between absorbing coastlines.

Overall a nice house in a good location for the town centre. The private parking was very handy as there is very little spare parking on the road and very convenient that it is opposite the property.

The property is high up on a hill, as are most of the properties in Looe. There are a lot of steps from the road to the property. Plenty of room to park the car opposite. You have to be relatively fit to climb the steep hill and steps up to the cottage.

Sunnydale is a beautiful, spacious, light filled house with stunning views down into looe. Immaculate, clean, and well equipped, we loved our stay. Whilst the hill can feel like hard work, the pay off is the view from the deck area. We will be back!!

Lovely house, no good if you have issues with stairs or steep hills parking space is in car park opposite, so be warned of having to carry stuff to house, if you are not use to that.

Relaxing few days in this lovely house in Looe. Last minute booking went well and would recommend the property. Parking opposite the house is a bonus and the daily walks up West Looe Hill certainly kept me fit.
