Neighbouring Padstow, the village of Little Petherick is a splendid place to stay with pubs and walking routes just moments from your door. An extremely famous pathway for hiking and cycling can be found in the Camel Trail, starting in Padstow (3 miles) with a footpath leading along the River Camel and into the heart of North Cornwall’s countryside. Keen walkers will also be eager to explore Bodmin Moor, starting any excursion in the town of Bodmin (12 miles) and beginning a circular route from there.
