Prepare for a restorative Cornish break at this homely cottage, located in a sleepy rural hamlet just 1.5 miles from the sea and wonderful South West Coast Path. In Goldsithney village (0.5 miles), you’ll find a local shop and welcoming pub. The house benefits from a lovely conservatory kitted out with games, where the family can relax together either reading or playing. The good-sized garden is wonderful for children and dogs to let off steam.

On arrival, put the kettle on and rest from your journey in the bright and welcoming open-plan living area which overlooks the garden. A spacious kitchen allows the designated cooks to prep meals comfortably, while the dining area sets you up for leisurely holiday meals and drinks. Kick back in the lounge on comfortable sofas, perhaps selecting a film to watch on the Smart TV. The games room/conservatory features table football, boardgames and a telescope for stargazing after dark. At night, recharge in the three wonderful bedrooms, a king-size room with an en-suite shower room, a double room, and a flexible twin, served by a well-appointed family bathroom. Outside, relax on the decking and enjoy the garden, featuring furniture, a charcoal BBQ, and a fire pit.

Head to Perranuthnoe (1.5 miles) for the sandy beach and coast path, perhaps popping in for a coffee at a local cafe before setting off for your walk. The popular town of Marazion (2.5 miles) is best known for the National Trust's St Michael’s Mount, a must-see attraction during your stay. Marazion also has a charming old town and plenty of independent shops to discover. For a memorable day trip, Mullion and the beautiful Poldhu Cove (14 miles) are within easy reach, while the picturesque fishing village of Porthleven (7 miles) offers a variety of eateries.

A warm welcome and great place to stay for our family. Facilities all clean and working, 2 large TVs, games in the conservatory, a large garden for children and dog gave us all we were after.

The cottage and garden provided everything we needed for ourselves and our dogs. A very well equipped kitchen. A new location for us in Cornwall so the location provided a great base to explore lots of new areas. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

The cottage was perfect. There was nothing that I could find fault with. I have stayed at many B&B places, but this one out shone any of them. It was so well equipped with more than was expected. Great situation and a wonderful out look.

A thoroughly enjoyable week at Bos-Coed. The bungalow was very comfortable and fully equipped in a tranquil part of Cornwall. The large garden was an added bonus for our dog. Hoping to return again next year.

Mike, the owner, lives next door and greeted us upon arrival. Mike is pleasant & thoughtful, but was unobtrusive the rest of the stay. The property is set in a quiet and rural location with plenty of parking, and a short walk from the village store & pubs. Boscoed is ideally situated for a short drive (5-10 mins) to several beaches and most otherRead more places of interest are less than 30-45 mins away, so great for exploring all this part of Cornwall has to offer. There are also plenty of public footpaths nearby for walks. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped, with an amazing large garden perfect for playing games or just relaxing. The local CoOp is 5 mins drive away and is reasonably well stocked, but there are a selection of superstores on the edge of Penzance, and only a short 10-12 min drive away. The whole area was stunningly beautiful, helped by the excellent weather for the week we stayed, and would recommend visiting St Michaels Mount, the Seal Sanctuary & The Lizard if you get the chance. I would thoroughly recommend staying at Boscoed & would certainly stay there again when we next visit Cornwall. Thanks Mike Paul D & family (Jul24) Hide

The property was as described, clean, roomy, comfortable, well equipped and well located for beaches, attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. Mike, the owner lives the other side of the fence and was very welcoming and helpful but not at all intrusive, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday.

Boscoed was so clean, comfy and just what we had hoped for and more. The garden is a massive selling point, the photos dont do it justice. It was fantastic for the dog and our little boy. The location is also fantastic, 4 mins to our favourite beach in Perranuthnoe. Would highly recommend this property to anyone considering!

Quiet yet central location. Very well equipped bungalow with a large secure garden. Spotlessly clean throughout on arrival, welcome pack was much appreciated. Hosts are friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble for Mike. Book with confidence.
