  • Glorious sea and harbour views from the living room and front bedrooms
  • Perfectly positioned with a short walk to enjoy the local restaurants, sandy beach and coastal path

Flooded with natural light and boasting a prime harbourfront location just 150 metres from Porthleven town centre, this handsome coastal retreat is perfect for family and friends. Stroll the idyllic crescent of fine white shoreline at Praa Sands Beach (5 miles), then return home to bask in the glow of the wood burner as you drink in the rippling harbour views.

This tastefully appointed property features a fresh coastal interior with marine tones, airy social spaces, and nautical-inspired artwork. Unravel outer layers in the cloakroom then pad into the inviting lounge. Rest up weary feet on the plump corner sofa or curl up in the chair by the wood burner to thumb through a local guidebook. People-watchers will be in their element gazing from the waterfront picture windows. Step beneath the archway into the glossy handless kitchen. Cook up a storm using the sleek integrated appliances then gather for a hearty feast around the dining table. In warmer months, slide open the doors to let the balmy breeze drift inside. Upstairs, discover three thoughtfully styled bedrooms including a master king-size with harbour views. Outside, scoff a breakfast spread on the enclosed terrace, sip a sundowner in the evening, or explore the shared courtyard garden with beach kit storage.

Enjoy an amble along the swoop of sandy shoreline at Porthleven Beach (0.5 miles) before exploring the array of art galleries, boutique coffee shops, and independent stores situated along the harbour (within 100 metres). Drink in the far-reaching ocean vistas as you stroll the coastal path towards Loe Bar (2 miles) or snap a family photo as the waves crash below you at the iconic Lizard Point (13 miles).

Its a fabulous cottage, in a great position. Cosy & clean, just got some noise from the harbour waves at night so bought ear plugs. Parking fairly ok but watch out for the concrete bollards. Both pubs are good. The Ship can be very busy later afternoon/early evening but lovely customers. The cafe on the other side of the harbour does great breakfasRead moret Hide

Everything was perfect and it was a beautiful cottage and the location was amazing...we've been coming to Cornwall for 20 years plus and this is probably the best place we have stayed.
