A charming period property within 0.5 miles of the centre of Padstow, one of the most iconic harbour towns in North Cornwall. Featuring a bright and airy lounge/diner and a charming conservatory leading to an enclosed garden, it is well-suited to small families or groups seeking adventure in and around the Camel Estuary.

This characterful property has been modernised to cater for the tastes of modern guests, with spacious living areas and tech found across its two inviting floors. The ground floor’s lounge/diner is a popular gathering area, its wooden floors bathing in natural light and contemporary furnishings. A modern kitchen stands opposite, and there is easy access from the lounge/diner into an airy conservatory looking out onto the garden. The first floor is home to a family shower room and two bedrooms - a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom - both of which offer ample storage space. The enclosed rear garden is split between a decked area and a gravel area, a quiet space to enjoy a morning coffee or alfresco fish supper.

Padstow (0.5 miles) is home to a bustling working harbour dotted with cafes and restaurants serving the day’s catch, along with winding streets home to independent shops and art galleries. Numerous sandy beaches are scattered across the Camel Estuary (0.5 miles) with some reachable via the South West Coast Path. This property was exceptional! It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, beautifully presented & furnished to a high standard, no expense spared! Lovely to see everything thoughtout the property to do with local Cornish people & supplies , from art work, to coffee & tea to Eco friendly & recycleable cleaning supplies & guides, fabulous! My firsRead moret photos of the holiday were of the kitchen utensils!! (Not my usual photos I may add!) They were sooooo clean, tidy & organised. Everything throughout this property had been thought of. A lovely welcome pack on arrival was a nice added touch. Location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk into the centre, if that. Be mindful though it is quite a climb back up the steep road, but this is just a small minor & if you've been to Padstow before you will be prepared for the many hilly street walks. The advertising photos for this property really do not do it enough justice. Would I stay at Gull Rock again ?... Most definitely! Hide

Top quality appliances, had everything you could possibly wish for. The house displayed beautiful local art work with very comfortable furniture. The owners provided an abundance of special extras that were very much appreciated. We had an exceptional stay in a fabulous cottage.
