A charming period property within 0.5 miles of the centre of Padstow, one of the most iconic harbour towns in North Cornwall. Featuring a bright and airy lounge/diner and a charming conservatory leading to an enclosed garden, it is well-suited to small families or groups seeking adventure in and around the Camel Estuary.

This characterful property has been modernised to cater for the tastes of modern guests, with spacious living areas and tech found across its two inviting floors. The ground floor’s lounge/diner is a popular gathering area, its wooden floors bathing in natural light and contemporary furnishings. A modern kitchen stands opposite, and there is easy access from the lounge/diner into an airy conservatory looking out onto the garden. The first floor is home to a family shower room and two bedrooms - a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom - both of which offer ample storage space. The enclosed rear garden is split between a decked area and a gravel area, a quiet space to enjoy a morning coffee or alfresco fish supper.

Padstow (0.5 miles) is home to a bustling working harbour dotted with cafes and restaurants serving the day’s catch, along with winding streets home to independent shops and art galleries. Numerous sandy beaches are scattered across the Camel Estuary (0.5 miles) with some reachable via the South West Coast Path. Fabulous house, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Adjustable central heating, so lovely and warm even on the coldest days. On street parking. View of estuary, South Quay from the street. Slow walking time to central Padstow 5 minutes down, 10 minutes back up. All wonderful.

A lovely homely place. Lovely artwork and hosts. Its our third visit, and we are sure there will be many more. Close to the harbour and bustle of Padstow is only a stone throw away.
