The property is less than 500 metres from Porthleven's sandy beach and less than half a mile from the bustling harbour. Porthleven is a picturesque fishing village boasting a variety of delightful eateries with menus often featuring locally caught fresh seafood. Throw open the doors to the two Juliet balconies, breathe in the fresh, salty air and listen to the sounds of the ocean lapping against the sea wall. There is a bright shower room on this level. Downstairs are two double bedrooms for a great sleep. Step outside and unwind on the small terrace with outdoor seating, sea views and memorable sunsets.

The iconic St Michael's Mount and Marazion Bay are less than 8 miles away. Explore the castle and beautiful gardens set across sloping terraces. The cottage is in a perfect location, a lovely stroll to the harbour but out of the way to be quiet in the evenings. Steps down to the beach virtually opposite made a great morning walk. However, the stairs are very steep and we were glad of a baby gate at the top to prevent our dogs descending them.

My wife and I, plus small dog, had a wonderful and relaxing stay here for the week. The cottage was spotlessly clean, with a lovely welcome cream-tea pack, as well a surprise beautiful vase of flowers! Very close to the beach and all that Porthleven has to offer, as well as the ability to sit and listen to the sea. Handy to be able to park on thRead moree road right outside for the week with a well equipped kitchen that allowed you to cook most things without having to go out and eat if you didnt want to. The cottage was very warm, especially with some starter logs supplied for the fire! We didnt have the best of weathers, but it didnt stop us enjoying our stay. We will visit again. Thank you. Hide

The property was spotless, we would like to thank the cleaners for doing a great job. The welcome pack was very useful too, we have stayed at other properties in Porthleven over the past 7 years and this is by far the best we have stayed in, even parking at the side give us no issues. We liked it that much, we have rebooked this for 2025. Many tRead morehanks Hide

A lovely property in a great location. Nicely renovated property in a clean contemporary style, with good quality kitchen equipment, furniture and fittings. Half a street back from the sea, we loved waking up to the sound of the waves through the bedroom window in the morning. Sea view from one of the living room windows. Great location, 5 mins walRead morek into Porthleven harbour and 1 min to the beach but a very quiet and peaceful location. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and we will hopefully be back! Hide
