Stepping inside this inviting holiday home, to your right you’ll have a cosy and well-equipped kitchen for prepping delightful home-cooked meals. The large open-plan lounge and dining area offers a welcoming space to unwind with a good book or tuck into communal meals around the dining table. When it’s time to retire for the night, head upstairs to one of three tastefully decorated bedrooms – a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a twin boasting distant estuary views and a single. You’ll have a good-sized outdoor space, too: from the lounge, French doors lead to a spacious, private patio area, where outdoor seating provides the perfect spot to relax in the Cornish sea air.

You’ll find plenty to do in Padstow, whether that’s indulging in a Cornish cream tea or whiling away an hour or two exploring the town’s quirky shops. Feeling the need for sand between your toes? The nearest beach is St George’s Cove (1 mile), and you’ll find plenty of others to discover, too, such as Harbour Cove (3 miles) and Trevone Bay (2 miles), and the renowned Harlyn Bay (3 miles). You can also dive into Cornwall's rich historical tapestry with a visit to the legendary Tintagel Castle (15.5 miles), reputedly the birthplace of King Arthur.

Arrival instructions were great and upon entering, the cottage was very bright. We did go food shopping beforehand, but there were no free cupboards to put anything. Every cupboard had something already stored in it, ie pans, oven dishes, cleaning materials etc. There were lovely welcome gifts too, which were very unexpected but greatly appreciatedRead more. The garden was lovely and a bonus to have furniture cushions to sit out on. We did all sleep well (apart from when the daytime temperature started rising), the beds were very comfy. The twin room could do with drawers, as only had a wardrobe for hanging clothes. We made it all work though. Location is great and not far from where we used to stay, so we knew where we were going and the kids could wander in and out of the town as they pleased. Now we know what to expect, we would still stay here again. Hide

We have stayed in several properties in Old School Court over the years & this one was definitely the nicest weve had. Its tastefully decorated, well equipped & very comfortable. The location is good, quiet but not far to the hustle & bustle of town. Our only issue was that we were unable to get the EV charger to work.

Wonderful, quiet, location, with quality facilities throughout. The private parking and proximity to the centre of Padstow is a huge selling point and the estuary view from the twin bedroom is wonderful.

This house is in a great location with the centre of Padstow just a few minutes walk away yet its location is really quiet. The house is well equipped and is well maintained.
