This beautiful apartment, with outstanding views of St Ives waterfront, is ideal for friends or families looking for an active seaside holiday in one of Cornwall's most popular towns. St Ives is known for fresh seafood, and this property is above a fish and chip restaurant on the waterfront. Collect your buckets, spades and water sports gear and head to any of the seven nearby sandy beaches. We recommend Porthmeor for surfing (less than 200 metres) and Porthminster (0.5 miles) for families, and Harbour Sands is less than 100 metres for a stroll at any time of the day.

From the shared entrance, head up a flight of stairs into this elegant, bright apartment with commanding views across the harbour. Alternatively, walkers will find a range of trails for all abilities, with the South West Coast Path accessible at St Ives and iconic Land's End or St Michael's Mount at Marazion less than 20 miles away.

Obviously the alleyway approach cant be controlled by the owner. Unfortunately the smells and mess left by the various restaurants leaves a lot to be desired.

Living area is great with the spectacular views viewed from a very large window seat, feels spacious and has comfortable furniture. Be aware that the car parking space whilst useful isnt nearby it is a good 10-15mins and up at the top of the town

Great location and the layout of the apartment is brilliant. But the access is quite off-putting and the cleanliness wasn't great.
