Great apartment with a view. Functions perfectly for days on the beach. The walk back up isnt that bad! Handy parking right outside. MP is just a fantastic place.

Close to the the beach, just need to be aware that the property is up a steep hill from the beach, about a 5 minute walk. The 3 bedrooms are spacious, however the living area was smaller than it appeared in the photos and not really sufficient for 6 adults.

Lovely apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Met all our expectations. Ideal for families. The walk to the beach is only 10mins although down a steep hill with steps so not ideal for anybody with reduced mobility. Would definitely stay again when we next visit cornwall. Thank you.

Lovely cottage , super area beds nice and comfy overall great place to stay. For fellow renters the driveway is very steep first gear all the way. We have stayed at places in the past where we were left a massive welcome pack. But the owners of Driftwood don't leave you much at all. The only thing left was coffee, tea ,sugar and some UHT milk potRead mores. Bottle of washing up liquid, piece of scotch brite and a j cloth so your able to make a cup of tea or coffee on arrival and that's it. Oh and wash up afterwards. One thing I found a bit stingey they only supplied 1 bog roll in a property with two bathrooms come on Driftwood Bog Rolls are not that pricey at least supply one per bathroom. Otherwise cannot fault the place. The pub in the village Merrymoor serves good food at reasonable cost Pint of lager and a short no mixer was 8 and meals was around 13 to 21 which these days is not bad. If you fancy Kitchen near the beach have a fat credit card as its very pricey but food looks good. We drove from Chelmsford Essex so a long drive but worth it for the views and areas of Mawgan Porth where we stayed. Port Issac great (Dr Martin) get there early to get parked. Eden project another good day out. Plus Looe where they filmed a series of a spin off from death in paradise lovely little village on the coast. Will return again. Yes. Hide

We really enjoyed the apartment, it was clean, spacious, great location and safe for our baby to explore. The communication from start to finish was excellent and we would love to go back one day.
