Lose yourselves in the far-reaching views out across Padstow Harbour when you stay at this contemporary bolthole for two in North Cornwall. Perfect for a romantic getaway, the one-bedroom hideaway is situated in the hamlet of Tregonce, a 6-mile drive or a 1.5-mile walk from the bustling town of Padstow. Close to the River Camel, the apartment is ideal for anyone wishing to follow the Camel Trail or spend time on the beautiful beaches of this corner of the country.

Let yourselves into the apartment at the ground-floor level, where there is a wet room, then climb the stairs to find the rest of the accommodation on the first floor. Emerge in a gorgeous, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom, with a vaulted ceiling and glass doors at both ends. At the lounge end of the space, these can be pulled back onto a balcony, with picturesque views out over the rolling countryside. Unwind on the comfortable seating as you lose yourselves in the outlook or settle down to a movie on the Smart TV. Prepare delicious dinners for two in the kitchen area, keeping the doors open to bring in a breeze during the summer months. Dine together inside or out and as the day draws to a close amble down to the bedroom end of the space. Wake up to the sight of the morning mist rising off the fields that lead down to the Camel Estuary. Sit out on the balcony with a glass of chilled wine on pleasant evenings.

Stroll into Padstow alongside the River Camel to browse in the shops and dine out. Follow the Camel Trail as far as you wish on foot or bicycle. Have a day out to the beach at Harlyn Bay, 4.5 miles away, or Treyarnon, 6 miles away.

Our stay at the outlook was amazing with views over the fields and estuary. The whole apartment is immaculate and every home comfort was provided that you could think of. The location was great and a short walk down to the camel trail and about 20 mins walk from Padstow. We would visit again without question.

Cottage surroundings are very picturesque and wonderfully quiet. Excellently located for nice strolls into Padstow, in addition to this, the cottage is only a 10 minute drive from a major supermarket to grab a larger shop if needed. Will definitely return.

The Outlook was just perfect. Cosy, comfortable and perfectly located for a quiet getaway. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Lovely time at The Outlook. The apartment is fabulous and we always looked forward to returning after a day out! The walk along the Camel Trail is beautiful and a great walk into Padstow. We recommend Boscastle as such a beautiful village and Trevibban Mill Vineyard for a wine tour and tasting experience. Ben made our holiday!
