After a long day’s adventure, follow the warmth of the wood burner into the light and bright lounge to warm sandy toes as you hunker down on the comfy sofa for the ultimate film night in front of the Smart TV. Answer the call of hungry tummies in the contemporary kitchen by rustling up a feast with your local produce to feed the crowd seated around the dining table in the adjoining dining room complete with a wood burner to keep toes toasty long into the evening. The dining room and lounge area features stunning bi-folding doors. When bedtime calls, you have two en-suite bedrooms downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs which feature panoramic sea views that’ll leave you dreaming of tomorrow’s seaside adventure. Dine alfresco on the patio as children let off some steam exploring the large, enclosed lawn before joining the coastal footpath through the gate to reach the beach before sunset.

The picturesque Constantine Bay is home to the best surfing beach in Cornwall (less than half a mile away), offering an arc of soft sand, tidal rock pools for little hands to explore and a beautiful dune landscape. On your doorstep, enjoy a round of golf at Trevose Golf and Country Club (0.5 miles) away whilst admiring panoramic views stretching towards Trevose Head. Further afield, head to the quaint village of Padstow just over 4 miles away to explore its selection of independent cafes and restaurants or search for marine wildlife whilst aboard Padstow Sealife Safaris (4.5 miles) a high-speed boat ride out to the spectacular Camel Estuary. The stunning house is bookable with no all adult groups unless previously agreed.

What a find for us , the house was just perfect for our family holiday . Fantastic accommodation with great space and facilities in a great position with sea views from all the upstairs bedrooms . We have a disabled son so the downstairs bedroom with wet room was ideal ,an added bonus was that his personal assistant had a bedroom right next to hiRead morem .The level threshold around the house meant it was easy for him to access the wonderful garden and patio . We have stayed in Cornwall many times over the years and visited Constantine bay several times , hopefully we will be able to make this our regular Cornwall holiday accommodation. We did an online shop to be delivered on the day we arrived , however the welcome back was so good we didnt want for anything and was delicious. Looking forward to next years holiday already 5 star Hide

Langarth is in a great location and is a wonderful property having recently been renovated. It provides lots of living space for cooking and eating and the south facing patio is fantastic when the sun shines. The welcome pack on arrival was a lovely surprise

We holiday regularly at Constantine and this property is up at the top- my wife is wheelchair bound and having a wet room for her was marvellous

Another fantastic week at Langarth. The house is of a high standard throughout and the exceptional welcome pack is a very thoughtful touch. The close proximity to a beautiful beach and coastal walks couldnt be better. We love this house and garden!

A wonderful base for our multi generational holiday. Great house, comfy beds, lots of bathrooms, outside shower. Lovely garden and so close to the beach, which made it easy for us to come and go as we liked. Beautifully clean and well presented house.

Lovely well equipped and clean enjoyed a lovely holiday in a lovely setting. On arrival 2 upstairs windows were left open 1 on front of property 1 on back of property. Due to the fact the outside bins were full when we arrived we could not put rubbish out we did try but seagulls tore them open so we cleaned them up and rebadged them thus we left thRead moreem inside property when we left. Superb property was very comfortable for 3 generations. Great garden for hide and seek as lawned in sections with gate at bottom to access road to beaches. Huge welcome pack was extremely well received! We would not hesitate to book this property again and thoroughly recommend it.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Plenty of space both inside and out, multiple en-suites, property all very modern and extremely comfortable. We would definitely rent it again.
