This romantic retreat is in the village of Lanivet, just 3.5 miles from the Cornish town of Bodmin. The holiday home enjoys a central location, giving you easy access to both the north and south coast of Cornwall: Padstow, to the north, is 19 miles away and the glorious beach at Par Sands, on the south coast, is 10.5 miles from the apartment. Nearby attractions including Lanhydrock National Trust (3.5 miles) and the Eden Project (6 miles).

The studio apartment is reached via a private set of stairs. Once inside, discover a contemporary abode with stylish furniture and homely touches throughout. The apartment has an open-plan layout comprising a lounge area with a Smart TV for snuggling up and enjoying movie nights together, a cleverly-designed kitchen area, cute table for two, and a sumptuous king-size bed. A sleek shower room completes the accommodation. Relax in the Cornish sunshine in your private outdoor area, where you’ll find a BBQ and seating for dining alfresco.

Bodmin is a bustling town with a fine selection of cafes, pubs, and restaurants. Soak up the history on a tour of Bodmin Jail, board a steam train to explore in style, or set off on two wheels along the traffic-free Camel Trail towards Wadebridge or Padstow. The heather-clad landscape of Bodmin Moor (10 miles) is a haven for walkers, with mile upon mile of remote tracks and trails. You’ll find plenty to see and do in the harbour town of Padstow, with its fabulous seafood restaurants, sandy beaches, boat trips, and local attractions.

A really pleasant upper apartment, with everything you could need. Although during my stay I couldn't take advantage of the private outside table and chairs, due to adverse weather, pleasant weather for others would make this possible. For me it was an ideal base to allow me to visit the attractions that suited me.

An ideal place to stay in a lovely part of the country. Offered everything I needed for a short break in the area - clean, comfortable. Host came out to greet me just after arrived; all in all, very happy.

The Well Top Apartment is a modern, well equipped apartment in a central location in Cornwall making visits to North and South Coast easy. We only saw the hosts on the day before last, which means everything was in order, but there was no added value from them either. There is no real place to sit outside the apartment (the space provided for that Read moreis also needed to park your car). But most serious setback is the noise of the nearby (100m) A389. Even in the middle of the night (and with closed windows in the apartment) there is never a moment that you don't here the noise of cars. Hide
