This wonderfully stylish and spacious property, part of a small eco-development on the edge of St Ives, is ideal for friends or families looking for a restful holiday. You can head out along the winding coastal paths and soak up sweeping ocean views before heading to the sandy shores of Porthmeor Beach (1 mile). The vibrant streets of St Ives offer you many cafes, shops, and galleries to explore or head to Tate St Ives (1.5 miles) for some modern art.

A superb loft space set over two levels boasts high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and windows that flood the space with natural light. The property also has a contemporary feel, with plenty of tastefully chosen decor and furnishings that create a superior experience and a warm welcome. The upstairs lounge has comfortable sofas from which you can watch your favourite show on the Smart TV. A wood burner keeps things cosy in the cooler months. The dining area is a lovely social space where you can linger over meals, while the contemporary kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. The property also boasts a beautiful bathroom and a king-size bedroom. There is a super-king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room on the ground floor. Outside is a bench where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee.

You really do have the best of all worlds in this area of Cornwall. St Ives Harbour is 1.5 miles, where you can take a boat trip to Seal Island. There are plenty of beautiful nearby beaches, including at Godrevy (11 miles), where you can walk along the miles of golden sands, and the surf is perfect for beginners. You can also head south to Marazion Beach (7.5 miles) and see the iconic St Michael’s Mount.

This is a lovely place to stay. The Loft is very well equipped and has some wonderful little touches. The outside bench was a beautiful place to sit for a moment or two. Having its own parking made life easier. The location is great I ld highly recommend.

This was our 3rd stay at The Loft which really speaks for itself. It has everything we needed and the decor is lovely whilst being comfortable and homely.

We had a lovely stay at The Loft at Tom's Yard. The property is really well equipped and nicely furnished. The living area is really lovely. It is in a great location with an easy walk down into St Ives but also a good place to be based to explore around Cornwall. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

A very comfortable cottage in all respects, two nice sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding. Nice living space with Smart TV and very well equipped kitchen. We particularly appreciated Netflix after a long day walking, golfing or beaching. Dedicated parking facilities for one car.
