A spacious and welcoming three-bedroom house, which sleeps six, on the outskirts of the bustling Cornish town of Bude. Spend days exploring coastal walks and beaches or playing water sports before retreating to this charming home and curling up in front of the wood burner or enjoying dining alfresco in the delightful, enclosed garden.

On entering this property, you will find yourself in the colourful kitchen/diner with plenty of surface and storage space, and all the cooking facilities you need to create culinary delights that can be eaten together at the six-seater dining table. Fire up the warming wood burner and get comfortable in the lounge as you watch your favourite TV shows or a film. When you are ready for some shuteye, head upstairs to one of three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Another double bedroom is beautifully decorated, and the third and final bedroom has a twin bed. A family shower room completes the interior of the accommodation. Outside is a large, enclosed garden with a sunny patio and garden furniture, a BBQ and a spacious lawn.

Bude is the perfect spot for enjoying incredible sandy beaches such as Summerleaze Beach (1 miles) and Crooklets Beach (1.5 miles). Soak up the sun or try out surfing and other water sports available from both beaches. You will also find an abundance of shops, eateries, and other activities within 0.5 miles from the property. For fabulous family days out visit the pretty village of Boscastle (14.5 miles), or the historic Tintagel Castle (19.5 miles).

The location of this property was good, and the kitchen was very well equipped, .. When we arrived, the toilet would not flush. The cooker fuse tripped a couple of times and we had to scramble on hands and knees under the stairs to switch it back on,. The property description was incorrect (now amended) which caused considerable difficulties to onRead moree of our party That said, the owners were very friendly and helpful and fixed problems promptly. The cottage was very comfortable with good accommodation for a family. The garden was private getting lots of evening sun. The walk to the town was about 20-30 minutes along a pleasant path by the canal. The snug for the children was a plus. Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday.

Great location, house has everything you need. Lovely welcome box on arrival and clean and tidy throughout. Garden perfect for dogs, and nature reserve nearby great for walks.

Great house in a very quiet position close to beach, about a 10-15 minute walk. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants close by. Very well equipped and a very good welcome pack plus a bunch of flowers. Parking ok for two SUV's. Very comfortable sofa's, a large table in kitchen seats six easily. Good WiFi.
