This light and airy annexe on the edge of Helston offers a stylish and well-located base for a couple or solo traveller to explore the wider West Cornwall region, and comes complete with its own private garden for al fresco dining.

Step into a welcoming hallway on the ground floor with space to hang coats. The modern shower room is located off the hallway, and to the rear is a bright and breezy, open-plan kitchen/diner. The dining table accommodates four, allowing for enjoyable meals with friends or providing flexibility for additional guests using the sofa bed option upstairs. On the first floor, the lounge area with a corner sofa provides a relaxing spot to unwind, and the Smart TV offers access to your favourite shows. In the bedroom, the spacious super-king-size bed adds a luxurious touch and can be converted into two singles if preferred. Velux windows bathe the upper floor in natural light while ensuring privacy and comfort, and a convenient cloakroom can also be found on this level. The small garden area, with private parking to one side, features gravel and a mix of plantings that bloom in summer. The outdoor seating provides a perfect spot to enjoy a book or a refreshing drink under the warm West Country sun.

Helston is a historic market town, with attractions such as the Museum of Cornish Life showcasing 19th and 20th-century Cornish culture and industry. Coronation Park’s boating lake, Penrose Estate’s (2.5 miles) beautiful footpaths leading to Loe Pool, and the nearby coastal path offer fantastic opportunities for outdoor adventures. For a day at the seaside, you don’t have to travel far, with Praa Sands, Porthleven Beach and Loe Bar all within 7 miles of your door.

Clean, comfortable and well furnished accommodation just a few minutes walk from several frequent bus routes. Used as a base for walking South West Coastal Path between Falmouth and Porthleven.

Great location for visiting both Falmouth area and Helston area. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Owners went out of the way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Lovely accommodation, we were made to feel very welcome with a bed and treats for our dog a nice touch. Great location for exploring west Cornwall.

This was a lovely property and we would happily stay there again. We had a great time, the house is clean and comfortable and has everything we needed. I can be a bit particular about cleanliness and I loved how clean and tidy the place is, it made me immediately relaxed.

Very good standard and presented well. Quiet location but close to many attractions without travelling far. Easy walk into town centre.

This property was ideal for our stay in Cornwall. It was clean, modern, comfortable, had everything you could need including washing machine, dishwasher microwave etc. The parking was off road and easily accommodated B class Mercedes (1796mm).
