Entering this sweet and inviting first-floor apartment you will find the bright and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner providing an ideal living space for everyone to get together and unwind at the end of a fabulous day out. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV, with a sociable dining area over by the side, perfect for sharing family meals which you can rustle up in the stylish kitchen area to the rear of the room. A short walk will take you into the heart of Newquay with its fantastic restaurants, pubs, cafes and popular surfing beaches. Heading inland, local attractions include Trerice, Lappa Valley and Springfield Fun Park, all within 7 miles.

The location and the apartment was absolutely amazing. The apartment was extremely clean, welcoming and had everything you could possibly need. It is definitely a home from home! The location is perfect, right next to some beautiful beaches and the view from the balcony is stunning. Terrific holiday accommodation in spacious well equipped flat with stunning views. More detailed info re initial accessing property and underground parking. ie explanation on function of key fobs would have been helpful!
