A lovely property on the hillside amidst a wooded valley on the Millendreath Beach Resort is ideal for two couples or a small family looking for a restful holiday close to the delights of the Cornish coastline. The large terrace to the front is a place to relax on a warm evening and take in the beautiful scenery, while the quaint seaside town of Looe, with its quirky buildings and fresh fish market on the quay, is three miles away.

This spacious rural retreat is set all on one level, although there are 51 steps leading to the villa. The property has a relaxing combination of soft tones and a vibrant coastal theme. The open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner is a perfect social space to unwind and has plenty of daylight coming through the doors leading to the patio area. The lounge boasts comfortable sofas and a Smart TV for evening entertainment, while the contemporary kitchen has all you need to produce some family favourites to enjoy at the dining table. After a day at the beach, a walk-in shower room is available, and then when it is time to sleep, there are two double bedrooms. Outside is a beautiful enclosed decked terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, making this a lovely spot for relaxing or dining alfresco while enjoying the far-reaching sea views.

Looe (3 miles) is an ideal destination to go out on a fishing trip or enjoy a boat trip to visit Looe Island, with its rare plants and wildlife, including grey seals and seabirds. East Looe Beach (3 miles) is a must-visit bucket and spade experience, or head seven miles to Polperro village, famous for its picturesque harbour. Alternatively, enjoy walking the South West Coast Path, while adventure lovers can head to Adrenalin Quarry (6 miles) for water sports, zip lining or go-karting.
