Boasting fantastic social spaces inside and out, this property is a great place to reunite, celebrate and make memories with the ones you love. For a taste of adventure, pack a picnic and head off to hike a section of the South West Coast Path where you’ll find breathtaking landscapes and blissful beaches to stop off at for a rest.

As you enter the property, you’ll be welcomed by the spacious hall where you can put down your bags and take off your shoes. To one side, you’ll find the entrance to the opulent living room with its fabulous gas fireplace, deep sofas, cosy loveseat and thoughtful touches throughout. In the opposite direction is the dining room where guests can gather together for mealtimes or to play board games. From here, you can access the unique kitchen with its sea-inspired cabinets and modern appliances that make cooking for large numbers an easy feat. Completing the ground floor is a WC. Upstairs are the four double bedrooms, each of which has its own unique style. Finally, there is both a bathroom and a shower room where you can refresh after a day out exploring. The garden area extends the living space into the great outdoors, with a lush green lawn, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of seating so that you can make the most of the picturesque coastal views.

Mawgan Porth Beach (half a mile) is an idyllic option for families, with plenty of rock pools and caves to explore as well as a large expanse of sand which is well worth visiting at all times of the year. From here, you can venture off on a stretch of the South West Coast Path towards the fishing port of Padstow (11 miles) or Newquay (5 miles). Lovely, well-equipped spacious house, with comfortable beds, lots of living space, a warm(!) outdoor to wash off the sand, place to dry wetsuits and a short walk from the beach.

We have just returned from a lovely week at Dene Court. The house is really homely and was super clean on our arrival and being able to listen to the crashing waves made for a most relaxing time. Just a heads up on the steep walk back up from the beach and also the garden isn't dog friendly or suitable for people with mobility issues. All in all Read morea fab stay and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dene Court to others. Hide

This house was so perfect for our week long holiday - four adults and two young kids. We loved the proximity to beach and coastal walks. It was well kitted out and good proportions. The laundry/wetsuit room in particular was so useful.

The property was to a high standard, comfortable and accessible. The garden was beautiful and the kids and dog loved playing on the grass. Rooms were all a decent size and two bathrooms were convenient. The outdoor shower was especially good for post beach and sea swimming. Kitchen was well equipped although the owner could/should replace the tRead moreiny fridge and freezer for a more suitably sized one. It got a bit tedious always having to walk to the utility area to reach the larger fridge. A car charger for electric cars would be helpful or an outdoor socket on the driveway. The dryer could/should be plumbed in to remove the water or a sink added to the utility otherwise you are carrying a full drawer of water to the closest sink/front door. The drying rack for wetsuits was awesome but again once the tray below was filled with water it was a balancing act to empty it in the closest sink/front door. We had a brilliant time and would thoroughly recommend. Hide

On arrival the property looked stunning. Inside the property itself it was obvious work had been done to do it up as the decoration and furniture was lovely. On closer inspection though I feel the finish in most of the rooms was poor, a lot of the old fitted wardrobes and cupboards in the kitchen etc had just been repainted and the bathrooms were nRead moreot finished to a high standard. For the cost and location of this property I expected more. My daughter lay on her bedroom floor and noticed it was covered in what looked like dog hairs. So I also had to go round every room and thoroughly clean the carpets to remove any excess hair that the vacuum hadnt picked up. The outside shower is also permanently stuck on hot so we couldnt actually use it. Overall the property was great and we had a lovely week but the list of small issues let it down slightly Hide
