This splendid first-floor apartment in Penzance is perfect for a couple or a family looking for a coastal getaway in one of the prettiest parts of Cornwall. This is a fabulous location - less than half a mile from the harbour, numerous shops, cafes, galleries, and restaurants, and less than a mile from access to the South West Coast Path and the fabulous Jubilee Pool on the Promenade.

The entrance to this stylish property is via a flight of internal stairs and then the apartment is on a single level. It has been carefully designed and furnished to create a feeling of light and space, while splashes of bold colours in the decor and furnishings bring lovely vibrant energy. A spacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area has a comfortable sofa and easy chairs to relax while enjoying a catch up or watching the Smart TV. A wood burner creates a cosy atmosphere on chillier nights. The contemporary kitchen has all the appliances you need to make meal preparation a cinch, and there is a dining table around which you can share memories of the day while enjoying dinner. Local attractions include St Michael’s Mount (4 miles), accessible by foot at low tide across the causeway, Paradise Park and Jungle Barn (8 miles) and the stunning Minack Theatre, a unique, open-air venue set on the side of a cliff. at Porthcurno (10 miles). Beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with Marazion Beach (4 miles), perfect for building sandcastles, walking, and seeking out rock pools and Perranuthnoe Beach (6 miles), with a wide sandy beach, an ideal spot to enjoy the good surfing conditions.

Great location, short walk to the town and sea. Comfortable apartment that easily accommodated the four of us. Would recommend to everyone.

This fabulous apartment provided all the items and equipment you'd expect a home from home provides. A very comfortable and well presented two bedroomed property in the vicinity of the harbour, shops and transport network.
