A short flight of steps leads to the elevated ground-floor property, where everything is conveniently laid out on one level. The delightful kitchen is well-equipped to cater to your culinary needs. The inviting lounge/diner is an inviting space with picture windows showcasing breathtaking sea views. Comfortable sofas and a Smart TV create an inviting living area, while the dining table accommodates up to four guests. The window’s easy chairs ensure you can enjoy the views while relaxing indoors. Freshen up in the gleaming shower room, and at the end of the day, choose from two wonderful bedrooms – one super-king and one double. The super-king bed has a zip-and-link setup, allowing it to be transformed into a twin if requested when booking. This bedroom also features a study area with a table and chair. Loved our stay at Seabirds House. Great location to Porthmeor Beach or the harbour and fore street is a short walk away. Bedrooms are nice and spacious . Nice power shower too. My wife, two kids (6yo and 3 yo) and I stayed at Seabirds House for a week; the apartment was in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from Porthmeor Beach, St Ives Harbour and all amenities St Ives has to offer. The property has stunning views of the harbour, headland and across St Ives bay, which can be enjoyed from the bay window in the living Read moreroom or the outside terrace. Lovely apartment was very spacious and shower was wonderful very powerful. Was a fantastic location near to everything although the walk up hill was exhausting if your not fit then don't stay here! Parking space was good its not as small as other reviews say but it does depend on the way other person has parked next to you! Fantastic views! Nice apartment. We had to pay a weeks parking in local car park because parking is tiny especially if other guest gets there first. Overall, lovely place and you will have to try really hard to beat those sea views.

Central location to St Ives which is exactly what we wanted for Christmas. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Christmas dinner. The bed is the main bedroom was so comfy. This flat is in an ideal position with lovely views of the harbour and island. The accommodation was well laid out, well equipped and very cosy, this was very much appreciated as our stay was in November. The owner contacted me before our stay to explain that there was scaffolding in place at the side of the building which would not impact our stayRead more. We had the perfect week staying at Seabirds House. Our apartment had the perfect location, amazing view and was ever so comfortable. Our bed was a very good size and again comfortable. We definitely cant wait to return.

Absolutely fantastic place, had to drag ourselves out away from the view every day. Apartment lovely and clean and spacious. Ideal location, and parking spot a bonus too! Not one for returning to same place but this makes break our rule!

Really nice place, would book again. Pros: fab location, short walk to town and beaches, beautiful sea & headland views from the lounge. Key safe mean you could just walk the few mins to the beach in swimwear and leave keys & phone at home. Very clean, nice new furnishings, comfy beds & linen, amazingly powerful shower, everything worked. Read more Outside space for drying wetsuits, towels etc, picnic table to eat outside looking across the bay. Cons: There is a parking space but its quite small & awkward - my estate car took some very careful manoeuvring to get in. To get out you need to reverse out & back up the hill, no room to turn. Fortunately the second space was unoccupied during our stay which helped but if 2 large cars would have been difficult. No washing machine. This wasnt too inconvenient in good weather but might be a problem if getting wet & muddy each day, or with younger children. Hide
