This splendid townhouse set over three floors with stunning sea views is perfect for families or friends looking for a restful and active holiday on this beautiful stretch of the Cornish coast. The property is in a great location and is less than 300 metres walk from Porthmeor Beach, a safe sandy beach popular with surfers and swimmers. St Ives boasts four beautiful beaches, while foodies can sample the delicious local produce served up in the many restaurants and cafes.

A chic and contemporary property with light white walls and a relaxing coastal theme so that you can leave your cares at the door and feel at home from the moment you enter. On the ground floor are a living room and kitchen/dining room. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a Smart TV for when your eye is not being drawn to the lovely sea view through the windows. Double doors lead to the spacious dining and kitchen area, a relaxing social space perfect for whipping up tasty treats. On the first floor are a contemporary shower room and three bedrooms - one en-suite king-size, a second king-size with sea views and a single room with sea views. The remaining en-suite king-size bedroom is located on the second floor. A pretty garden with terraced areas and outdoor furniture to the rear is the perfect place to while away fine sunny evenings.

Walkers of all abilities can enjoy exploring the South West Coast Path, and from St Ives, you can take a short trip to Clodgy Point (1 mile) or continue on a long walk. For something a little more cultural, head south to Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens and enjoy the contemporary artwork and gorgeous views over the bay. A lovely walk is to the viewpoint at Trencrom Hill (5 miles), an easy climb, offering views of both coasts and a lovely picnic spot.

Fantastic property! Great location, lovely space, superb views - complimented by the bonus of parking for two large cars just opposite, which is a huge help with children and elderly parents in tow! All facilities in the house were easy to use and understand, beds were comfy - clearly equipped with guests comfort in mind. Wed stay here again, and wRead moreouldnt hesitate to recommend! We have stayed at other accommodation in Channel View, but No.2 Channel View is the best overall.

We loved our stay.The property was very clean snd comfortable. The location too was perfect.(We needed the exercise with all the lovely food on offer in St Ives!) We hardly used the outdoor space -(we understand plans are in place to improve this) .This wasn't a problem though because of the general location, and we ate out of an evening .

The property and overall cleanliness was faultless. The only thing I would mention is that the living room carpet was stained and had obviously been cleaned before we got there but it was still wet and there was not a very nice smell coming from it for quite a few days - which was a shame. Also, when we arrived some plastering outside had just beenRead more done and we were told by the builders to not go outside in the garden that day. Unfortunately aswell the windows had been splattered with watery plaster and left very dirty. Apart from those points the property was absolutely great and we enjoyed our time there. Hide

Super house,very well appointed, great location & a wonderful sea view. Walking distance to the centre of town & the beaches with 2 car parking places which was a real plus in a town with limited parking. Would highly recommend the property.
