Fantastic location. So close to town and beaches. Really well equipped and comfortable house. Hair dryer, curler, iron and board and a variety of things for use on the beach. Great communication from the owner. A lovely holiday home

We had a fantastic stay at Mario House and would definitely recommend it. It's in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Porthmeor beach in one direction and a few minutes walk to the harbour and shops in the other direction. It's on a quiet lane, just a few people walking past occasionally. We hardly used our car at all, apart from a couplRead moree of days out. The house is very nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. The home owner was very friendly and helpful. The only thing to be aware of is that the parking space provided is a good 15-20 minute walk up a steep hill. My husband didn't mind this but it might not suit everyone. Parking in St Ives is very tricky. Hide

We spent a lovely week at Mario house with our teenagers. Good-sized bedrooms for all, comfy living spaces and the perfect location for town and all the beaches. We left the car at home and came by train which was an excellent choice as we didn't once feel the need to drive anywhere! It really helped that the house was so well-stocked - a special mRead moreention to the cupboard under the stairs, which is full of windbreaks, body boards and anything you might need for the beach. Lovely property. Well maintained, very clean, had good amenities, and location was superb. Stairs to the third floor may be a challenge for someone a little less mobile, but for our visit it was perfect. Would rebook without hesitation.

A lovely snug cottage in a great location close to fabulous beaches and the hustle and bustle of the main streets, yet is tucked away and quiet. It is well equipped and clean and provides a really good base for a holiday.
