This is a great little property. Amazing central location with added parking ( a little tight for a 4x4) but such a bonus to have in a small village. Really comfy beds and pillows. Really clean. We would definitely stay again and also recommend.

Ideally situated for all amenities I.e. pubs and restaurants, a very well stocked cottage for every thing you would need, and very comfortable seating in the sitting room and the small courtyard seating area is a sun trap, the parking space is a bonus but take note of the size of the space I have a Volvo xc40 but still had space to park just.

Great location although a little noisy at night as people leave the town. Very tired and dated inside but comfortable. Not even the smallest welcome pack. Car parking a big bonus

The Cottage is in a great location but the interior could do with an upgrade as it is very dated.

A great location for a holiday in Padstow, being only 150-200 metres from the harbour. Plenty of restaurants and pubs offering good food and drink. There is a good radiator heating system and hot water is readily available from the combi-boiler. It should be noted that the cottage is situated on the main route away from the quayside. Due to the natRead moreure and layout of the town, deliveries of supplies and waste collections from the retail establishments (including Rick Stein's Bistro opposite the property) resulting in a significant number of commercial vehicle movements which commenced at around 6:30am during our stay over Christmas and (I don't know) but may start even earlier during the busy summer months.
