A delightful contemporary property in an impressive location with gorgeous views of Praa Sands Beach and the sea is perfect for a couple or family looking for a peaceful holiday on the Cornish coast. The beach at Praa Sands is less than 300 metres away and is ideal for taking buckets and spades or enjoying a stroll along the golden sands.

This stylish first-floor apartment is set on one level, with lift access. As you enter, your gaze will immediately be drawn towards the large windows and the stunning coastal view. The open-plan living/kitchen/dining area is flooded with natural light, making a bright and inviting social space. The living area has comfortable sofas and a Smart TV to watch your favourite films. Behind the living area is a contemporary kitchen with all the necessary appliances to make meal preparation a breeze. There is super-king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite and a twin room, which can be made up as another superking if required. A separate bathroom is also available. French doors from the living area lead to an enclosed balcony with a table and chairs, making this the perfect spot to enjoy a morning brew or relax in the evening watching the sunset. There is no outdoor area, but with the beach on your doorstep and Hendra Beach half a mile away, there are plenty of options for a stroll in the sea air.

There is so much to explore in the far west of Cornwall, including nearby Porthleven (5.5 miles) with a great choice of independent shops and eateries and Marazion (6 miles) - home of St Michael’s Mount. Further afield, Land’s End (18 miles) is a beautiful place to walk a section of the South West Coast Path and enjoy the spectacular and rugged scenery.

Terrific apartment, location, equipment etc etc. We stayed for two weeks in January and the ability to control the heating in all areas was a huge plus point. Very relaxing and comfortable stay. Would certainly recommend and strongly consider a return visit.

Excellent apartment. Newly refurbished, equipped and clean. Views with easy access to beach, coast path and local amenities. Good base to explore the rest of South West Cornwall. Cream teas on the balcony a bonus!

The property was even better than we had expected. The standard of equipment was high and the view and location near to the beach was perfect. It felt like a real home from home, certainly a place we look forward to return to.

We have had the most fabulous week at Serenity. Ideal location in the centre of Praa Sands providing a short walk to the local shops and beach. The first floor property provided a beautiful sea view. The property is beautifully and immaculately presented in light and fresh colours with lovely new furniture throughout. We had a wonderful stay at Serenity. Great location, very short walk to the beach so our kids (4 & 6) were happy, the apartment was lovely, spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was brand new or in great condition, beds were very comfortable, there was a good selection of books and games that the kids loved, and access to mod-cons like Read morestreaming services when we needed them.
