This light-filled property features a cheerful lounge with a Smart TV and plenty of seating. Light streams in from the window overlooking the village, making this an ideal space to sit back and unwind at the end of a fabulous day. Heading through, the stylish lounge/diner has a beautifully equipped kitchen area and a charming central dining table. Upstairs, you will find a relaxing bathroom and two spacious, bright and cosy bedrooms: a cheery king-size room with views of the playing field opposite, and a lovely twin room overlooking the garden. From the kitchen, patio doors open out into the enclosed back garden. Featuring a lawn and a couple of patio areas with outdoor furniture, this is an ideal spot to sit out in the sunshine and dine alfresco on a sunny summer’s afternoon.

Overlooking the big village green at the heart of St Eval, the property is also within easy reach of the beautiful beach at Mawgan Porth (2.5 miles). The popular seaside resort of Newquay (8 miles) is just along the coast, a favourite spot with surfers and beach lovers. Local attractions include Lappa Valley, Camel Creek Family Theme Park and Springfield Fun Park, all within 13 miles.

Lovely house with everything you need. Useful information pack. Lovely welcoming cream tea, Prosecco and our doggie was well looked after re bed, blankets, toys. Great location for beautiful beaches. Highly recommend.

A lovely well furnished house in a great location. A beautiful large village green at the front and a cosy enclosed garden at the rear. Perfect for dogs and only a short drive to Mawgam Porth beach.

Lovely property very well presented and super clean throughout, really very impressed. Location is great for getting to all the nearby beaches, close to Newquay, Padstow and Wadebridge, great spot for enjoying the best of Cornwall.

Furnished to a good standard and felt comfy, homely and modern. The owner was good at communicating and let us know when we could arrive earlier or leave later, which was much appreciated. Nice welcome pack for us and our pooch!

Thank you for a lovely stay in your home. The location is absolutely perfect for us and we've really enjoyed being so close to Newquay, Padstow and Mawgan Porth. We've had a couple of rainy days but the children love the house (& the TV!) so have been perfectly happy with some time indoors playing board games.

We've had a fantastic holiday and couldn't have been more comfortable - its been a real home from home - thank you! We really appreciated the treats you left for us on arrival and our dog loves his new toy. Thank you for the lovely treats when we arrived! We have had a fantastic week, visited Bude and St Ives when the weather wasn't the best. We have loved spending a few days on Harlyn beach, the boys have spent most of their time in the sea. What a beautiful house you have. We have had fantastic weather and have all enjoyed exploring the beaches. We even managed to persuade the boys to walk along the coast path to Bedruthan steps. The boys loved the TV and I can see them wanting one like this for home. We have also finally managed to tire the dog out , unheard of for a Cockapoo. What a wonderful week we've had! Firstly, thank you for the wonderful goodies when we arrived. Your home has been lovely. The kids loved the LED lights on the TV! It has been fabulous to be so close to the beach and we found a lovely walk round by the house, great for the dogs. 5* from us!
