Modern minimalism and light-filled rooms await on the second floor of this traditional Victorian terrace property. The accommodation’s sociable central space is the lounge/diner, a contemporarily designed room with a fabulous bay window and the very best views of the beach. Stock up on some tasty ingredients and prepare delightful dishes at home, stepping into the fully-equipped kitchen next door. Down the hallway, you’ll find two bedrooms, each served by a stylish shower room. The master bedroom is a fabulous king-size with a chaise lounge window seat beside a large picture window. The second bedroom is a cosy and compact bunk bedroom that kids will love.

For art lovers, outdoor adventurers and everyone else, there’s simply so much to do in and around St Ives. Discover the mighty beaches at Porthminster, Bamaluz and Porthmeor within half a mile from your doorstep. The latter is an exceptionally popular surfing beach with places to rent equipment or embark on surfing lessons just moments away. To see the surrounding sights, lace up your walking boots to venture along the South West Coast Path or plan a trip on the ever-popular St Ives Bay Line from the train station (both 100 metres).

Seascape apartment is a lovely place. The views from the room over Porthminster beach are amazing. We stayed for 7 nights, spending much of the time out on walks, eating out and enjoying the sights and sounds which is all just a 5 min walk from your door step. The only down side with stopping at Seascapes in our view are the follow. Im 63 and severRead moreal of the flats door frames are really low and they tend to catch you out. The beds werent the comfiest I would have to be honest but were still as you would expect very clean. The Living Room, Kitchen and Bathroom we found to be lovely, well equipped and comfortable, although some people may struggle with the very steep staircase leading up to the room. When we stayed it was very hot and at night and the windows had to be open and the noise from the road outside is terrible and makes it hard to sleep (Not Seascapes fault) Parking is a nightmare all over St Ives but if you dont plan on driving once you get there the Station car park can be utilised, although spaces are very rare even if you pre book, but become free at night. The Rugby club does parking but this is a good 20+ min walk away up a very steep hill. Hide

Superb location, beach in the doorstep! Apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything youll need, and the bed was so comfortable. 5 stars . Do be aware the stairs are very steep but worth it for the amazing views.

Seascape is a lovely, compact, 2nd floor flat that has beautiful views of the beach! Perfectly located. St Ives town is only a short walk away with plenty of beaches to visit, and the train station is super close with accessible parking that only cost 27 for a wk!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Seascape- the view alone made it the most incredible place to stay. Waking up to a beach view every morning was fabulous. The apartment was comfortable and a perfect base from which to explore St Ives. Being on the top floor the stairs were quite gruelling (especially carrying a dog) - but thats just Read moresomething to be aware of and a reasonable trade off for the view from height! Hide

The most stunning location I have ever stayed in! The views from the lounge and main bedroom are incredible and it's lovely falling asleep to the sound of the waves! A great location to access beautiful St Ives, and was easy to park at the railway station for the week. Some very steep stairs up the the apartment which is on the second floor, but woRead morerth it for the views! Hide

Lovely central property with stunning views that never gets boring. Clean, comfortable and cosy touches make it a home from home and a great base for exploring. St Ives is stunning with plenty to see and places to eat out. A trip on the train is a must to Carbis Bay too!
