With its excellent position overlooking Mawgan Porth, this beautiful holiday home is a restful base for couples and small families seeking a Cornish adventure. You’ll have an enchanting sandy beach with caves and rockpools just 0.5 miles away, with the bustling town of Newquay only 5 miles away when you’re craving a livelier atmosphere. The apartment boasts truly wonderful views over the valley from its balcony as well as access to a swimming pool and tennis court during the summer, making it a wondrous location for a relaxing getaway.

There’s plenty of space for relaxation inside the property, starting with the L-shaped sofa in the lovely lounge, located by the window so you can admire the vistas. French doors lead out to the balcony so you can let the outside in on mild days. At the other end of the room, the bright and airy kitchen has everything you need for cooking up yummy holiday meals plus a dining table with seating for four. The space is beautifully decorated with plenty of thoughtful touches so you feel right at home in your temporary dwelling.

When it’s time to explore the surrounding area, you can access the South West Coast Path right from your front door (150 metres), offering up ample opportunities for strolls along the impressive coastline, perhaps spotting rare birds like the Cornish chough. Head north 1.5 miles to reach the spectacular giant rock stacks at Carnewas at Bedruthan, a National Trust site, or south to the wonderful beach at Beacon Cove (1 mile). Padstow should also be on your itinerary; this bustling fishing port has a high number of exceptional restaurants where you can savour the delights of local cuisine.

Thank you for letting us stay in your holiday home. We've had a really good break from all the hustle and bustle of normal working life. What beautiful views front and back, exactly the view you need when enjoying breakfast. We've enjoyed the onsite facilities such as the swimming pool, tennis courts when the weather was okay.

Lovely to be back in Mawgan Porth,. We have stayed many many times and this is our first time in Pool and Valley View. Lovely apartment with excellent views!

We loved our stay here, the apartment is very nice and well equipped. The children enjoyed the pool so much! And we played a bit of tennis. Hopefully we will be back.
