The three-bedroom holiday home has been skilfully laid out to ensure that natural light floods in and sea views are never wasted, a simply wonderful place for a family or group of five friends to stay and make memories together.

Enter on the ground floor to find two lovely spaces to relax in, a cosy lounge with an electric fire and Sky TV and a sunroom with windows fitted all around, a wonderful destination for a sundowner. You can, of course, step out into the tiered terrace to enjoy meals or drinks outside - there’s plenty of garden furniture and a gas BBQ right out here. Heading back indoors, the ground floor is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, a handy utility room with all sorts of amenities and a cloakroom with a WC. Continue down into the lower ground floor to find a further family bathroom and three inviting bedrooms, a king-size with Sky TV, a double and a single – each with further amazing views.

Looe is a wonderful holiday destination that groups return to year after year, complete with a sandy beach, plenty of traditional pubs and quality eateries. Walk to the beach in less than 1 mile, preparing to spend your day on the sand or embark on a coastal path walk to destinations further away. Nearby attractions include the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (3 miles), the thrill-seeking Adrenaline Quarry (6.5 miles) and the mystical Deerpark Forest (8.5 miles).

Lovely stay, amazing views. Very comfortable stay, but must be prepared to walk up hills to get to location. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The property was in a perfect location for the views over the harbour and sea, however accessibility for a car was almost impossible but you did comment on this in the review, might be worth mentioning that if you have a disability or not in good health this might not be the ideal location, but other than that 5* Many thanks :) .

Beautiful home, comfortable and well equipped. A fabulous location on a steep hill but the view is outstanding a perfect holiday home.
