The contemporary, neutral-toned living area of this property is on the first floor – where you’ll find a comfortable lounge with two large sofas, a SmartTV, a wood burner and a balcony. Next to this is the dining area with a table and chairs for six and the ‘U’-shaped kitchen which has plenty of surface space for preparing special meals for your guests. On the ground floor is the family bathroom and two bedrooms – a king-size and a twin room. Outside is a raised decking area with sea views, a dining set plus two sun loungers.
Start your day with a stroll along Porthleven Beach (100 metres) to the centre of Porthleven (0.5 miles) which has an array of independent eateries, an art gallery and some waterside cafes. In the opposite direction, you can follow the coastal path to Loe Bar beach and Cornwall’s largest natural freshwater lake, The Loe (both 1 mile). This scenic trail continues to Lizard Point (13 miles), past Kynance Cove (11 miles) and Mullion Island (6.5 miles).
The Lamp House and Neptune House share an EV charger (7.4kWh charger with a Type 2 connector). Guests will be charged on a 'pay as you go' basis via an App that you will need to download. Please bring your own charge cable as this will not be supplied. Full details will be provided on arrival.
